DofE Business

DofE Business was developed ten years ago to take the benefits of the achieving your DofE Award from school right through to the work place.  It is an integral part of developing young talent in leading businesses like British Gas, Amey, DFS and Heathrow.  These businesses know the DofE is proven kite mark of achievement developing the soft skills young people need for life and work and is the perfect complement to the technical training they offer.  

Most of our businesses offer  Gold DofE Award programmes and see their young people meeting for the first time at a residential, getting fit, giving back to their communities, heading out on expedition and learning new skills.  We work with them to complement their training or apprenticeships, fit with their strategy and really drive measurable performance improvement.

In return for a donation to our Charity, we support businesses to deliver the DofE to their young people (14-24 years old), and help them develop the soft skills essential to create the leaders of tomorrow like communication skills, teamwork and resilience.
